Yes, so true that the compounding of the issues of being victim can cause some male victims to overcome their shame by in turn victimizing others. I think of the R. Kelly series I saw and how in the end he even victimized a young man. He himself was a childhood victim of continual sexual assault as a boy. I don’t think all male victims become abusers, and it is a small subset maybe, but the damage he did was vast involving a dozen victims (I lost count).
