Yes, I think an F is a fair grade, though an F- better for the Trump years. Full disclosure: I did vote for Obama three times because I wanted to have black president (I voted for him the first time in the primary over Hillary). He was highly competent, in great contrast to what came after. I’m just a bit discouraged at Biden “dropping” the voter suppression battle. Thanks much for you comments.
