Wow, that is a powerful quote from that case. It is so foul, so full of anti-American, anti-equality sentiment, anti-civiil and human rights sentiment. Yet like many such decisions that follow, reverence remained toward the Supreme Court. The writer needs to be labeled in the history books as a mistake of human, an educated anti-American, a foul disgusting beast who did not have a shred of dignity or understanding of the beliefs this nation was found on. Every time I read parts of the decision it seems to smack me in the face hard. Still, thanks for putting it here.
