Wow, really excellent to read about how educators are making for more powerful critical thinkers centered around key events. Awesome project and I hope this will bring essential truths out further. I just saw the Netflix documentary "Who We Are" and in it some local historians uncovered what appeared to be evidence that 4,000 people were killed in Tulsa and it happened from aerial bombardment, making it the first attack on Americans from the air, with about as many killed as the one hundred years later, on 9/11. Truly shocking if that is the case, a horror that can't be downplayed or overlooked anymore. Killing Americans from the sky with firebombs was the first act of aerial terrorism in America.
