But examples of "treat people of colour the same way" reminds me of an internal Arkansas report on the justice system disparities and showed that black Arkansasians [sp] were given the death penalty and no whites were, of much higher sentences than whites when compared for the same crime by socio-economic class and education. Every stat from this another report on disparte sentencing, paroling, re-incarnation, etc show much higher rates for black Americans, and higher than latinos, but lowest for for the same crime at the same socio-economic and education status of the person arrested. That shows the clear systemic difference that exists, whether we choose to believe in it or not.
