We already have a constitution and foundational documents that give “liberty and justice for all.” Freedom of Speech to everyone. Equal rights can’t be more equal by giving new constitutions. The problem is the people who are in power deliberately ignoring it and not punishing the enforcers with guns. The picture of the young Southern white boys with confederate flags and the sign We want white schools” from presumably the 1950’s or early 60’s shows that the issue: these boys were arranged by white male adults for the photo, no girls were allowed, and they were inculcated into following their family and cultural tradition of superior belief. A new document telling them “This time we are serious, play nicely” won’t change their belief structure, unfortunately. We must continue to prosecute and fight against the wrongdoers in power and the Capitol storming army.
