I love to flip-flop. Not between Trump and Biden, but between Trump and whoever the other guy is. I really want to like Biden, and I can’t seem to get on his page no matter how much I convince myself, but it just snapped into place again in my mind in answer to the age-old question of democracy: To vote or not to vote? The answer is: I’ll Vote.

It will be Biden. Sad, true, but I’m voting strongly against Trump, who I just realized has all the qualities American white supremacists love. I am voting to bring him down. Trump is a White Supremacist. He does hate non-whites.

A commentator convinced me on some forum: I’d rather vote for a dead Biden than Trump. That’s harsh, I thought, but I got the point. This is the time to take down this Beast of prejudice. It won’t be for good, a rising up must continue, but it could be a key turning point.

Anyone could replace Biden at this point. Pete Buttigieg? Yes. Oprah? Certainly. RuPaul? Definitely (oh the glamor that would be). Because it is not about Biden, it is about the defeat of a man who most perfectly represents the history of supremacy in American history.
