The Outward Loyalists versus the Inward Self-Seekers
Fanaticism is surrounding the base of Trump’s followers. They stuff like shoes, bibles, gaudy flags with him with his head as a Rambo body holding a machine gun, more tasteful flags with a blue background and the name Trump inside with some words, and probably some Trump bobble heads. He has deep loyalty on his side. Biden has nothing but worn out dreams and inspires nothing. If the messaging is in the product, no one is buying into him.
I was at a Comicpalooza last week, trying to follow some young teenage girls dressed up in cosplay costumes. Don’t worry, I was with a pack of dad’s who were also getting lost and wandering around, trying to keep up follow their girls. We couldn’t. We finally managed to get a table in the back near the overpriced food court in the convention center that that already had overinflated prices before inflation.
Surrounding us, almost everyone was in some costume, many creative and handmade. I was looking at the all the stalls, where many artists sold intricate hand drawings of marvel characters and many other ones as well, most I didn’t know, especially the anime and Japanese cute ones. The convention had clearly morphed from some middle-aged geek guys with boxes of comic books for sale (my kind of people from my youth and still there) to lots of girls in anime, some trans in anime, many…
