This time, I would have to say that we don’t import oil and gas. We export and are now the biggest producer of oil and gas, and all the derivative products. Europe many start importing gas from the U.S. Of course, though, US companies will attempt to raise prices domestically, not directly but through trading brokers. So, yes, the poor will still suffer as prices probably won’t drop, even though this and next America will continue to produce more and export more oil and gas.
