How the UK Government Exerts Full Body Control of Poor London Children

I couldn’t even read the article I was so baffled and mesmerized by the photo. It contained a story so shocking and incomprehensible I didn’t need words yet. This scene made no sense. When I did start to read it only got worse. Who exactly has oversight of the UK government here when it exhibits daily control of 11-, 12- and 13-year-old children’s bodies? This actual case of actual child grooming is done by a “Western” government.

And for once the photo that shocked me was not the depravity of Gazan children with outstretched bowls competing for a ration in Rafah, or a tattered and dirty Ukrainian grandmother still going to fetch water in the latest war-torn town in Eastern Ukraine that’s being targeted (or what’s left of it).

“What you need to do is pull the fence tight,” Ms. Birbalsingh, head Strict Master of the Michaela Community School in northwest London. “Children crave discipline.” No, No they don’t. They crave love, respect, recognition of their original ideas. And why is she pulling a fence tight around school children? Is barbwire like in a labor camp? I think she needs better metaphors, or better emotional understanding of the revealing violent intent her metaphors are based on.
