The opening scene in the show is excellent and well done. It really made me think. Of course there are white players and other minority players as well, but the systemic aspect of poking and prodding and auctioning the players (or “drafting” them) seems to reflect that past system of white owners. And the comments of coaches and NFL owners seems to show the attitude is still there for the past. I would only add that there hasn’t been a time on earth when there no hierarchy between us, whether in a tribe, a nation, or between nations. The original plan represents the ideal, the principle of democracy, one that hasn’t been fully realized that we must keep fighting towards. Thanks again.
