The government is not hierarchical like corporations and maintains laws of repression. That is something we have a right to change. I agree on your ideas of individual inclusion and relationships though. But bigger movements are needed to shout down the Trump and Greene types, not just spewing racist tropes, but making laws to strip DEI and black and gay issues away. DeSantis made three significant actions legally against black Americans recently that are non-trivial. And he is just getting warmed up.
