That's what's called parenting. Sadly, I think repression of the self that comes after having kids is nothing we are prepared for. Movies are fully of romance and desire, as there is little glamor in parenting.

But still, no one should stay in a bd relationship they can't stand. My parents divorced when I ten, and recently my one brother divorced. So it weighs on me. I an appreceiate your story and recognize the hardships of mid life. But your contribution gives guidance to prespectives of others, and I'm grateful to always here your ideas and honesty.
