That little girl called the police 4 times, and for 40 minutes the police were standing outside the school keeping people back instead of going into rescue the children. Many kids were shot while they stood outside trying to keep parents back who were rescuing children without guns. That is how the police are, always yelling, "I'm in control here, Step back, I said do what I say." But rushing to the rescue, no way. A whole town of cops guarding a school with a killer inside actively shooting kids for an hour while they are outside. Probably because it was too dangerous.
