I really believe this bout forcing women to be pregnant, to impoverishing them, ONe side agrees that women should be allowed abortion in the case or rape or incest—I think it something like 86 percent or something high. You know t probably heard various numbers to that question in your course. The “other side” is a vast minority that believes even in the case of rape or incest the person should not get an abortion and be forced to have the baby. That “side” includes the governor of Mississippi, whose opinion in that state matters more and backs that law. His “side” won. He and his ilk are so morally repulsive to me, so autocratic and basically evil in support of this, that it is hard for me to fathom anyone but an older white male supremacist racist supporting this opinion. Yet that is who won.
