Thank you, yes, it is prevalent elsewhere, and northern Idaho is a safe haven it seems for them. One reason I concentrate on the South is the depth and pervasiveness. But it has certainly spread in the sundown town period outside the South starting in the 1890s, with active city zoning of black Americans into what would become ghettos.
