Sad, and evidence is there even if a not the larger percentage of black males and black women. But how did this pattern start? From some inherent desire to cheat and make woopie by blacks? I highly doubt it.
I believe that this is a poverty issue thrust upon them by the racist structure of our long history determined to keep blacks down, especially in the South. There is an inherent desire for long term bonding in people of all colors, so this difference you’re highlighting is not because if a racial difference but a political system of repression. It’s important you point it out and your experience and voice of course are invaluable for doing so.
