The interpretation of law in a white supremacist environment is never clarified. It remains murky, allowing the government to step in and mitigate. In America, such power of interpretation is utilized in the government against black Americans. For judges that mean harsher sentencing because judge’s have “discretion” and each case if “different.” For DeSantis, this means putting the decision to own a gun into the hands of the government. While pretending to love the Second Amendment, Republicans have shown they secretly hate it.

It’s worth going through an explanation to see their twisted internal logic. We’ve now clearly seen how they’ve acted against women, taking away their decision to have an abortion by primarily the white forces of conservative government. Many states have completely taken the ability out, like in Mississippi where a 10-year-old was raped and at age 11 forced to give birth.

In that state, in three years, only 20 rapes statewide were prosecuted, or 6.7 a year, out of the thousand plus reported. One estimate says only 17 percent of rapes are reported, meaning that the rate of prosecution for rape is about 1 percent of less per year. That effectively means in reality, not in the political arena, men who rape girls or women and impregnate…
