Reality Unchecked: The Case of the Radical Violent Minorities
How Systemic Racism is Structured in the Mind

One of the “two sides” contains violent minorities. They are dangerous black super predators and bad hombres and a smattering of white antifa. They exist, at least, in rhetoric, or in the mind. They don’t exist alone. They exist in opposition to “another side,” “another extreme.”
But once you know that “side,” the “balance” of rhetoric makes it easy to create — or to fill in — both sides. How you fill it in depends on who you are, your beliefs, and perhaps where they are trying to put you. And by “they” I mean not “the media” as in corporate control, but the dominant white media narrative that controls how “real” balanced reporting is done.
The idea of “balance” dominates the modern media outside Fox and Friends (OAN, and whatever). The rhetoric of “this side,” the presumed left side the media is on, only appears to the be main side, or the “liberal” side, it reports “from” because their viewpoints are continually unopposed liberals when the media presents a portrait of the left.
