I’m not supporting Hamas, nor am I supporting the literal suitcases of money Bibi sent to Hamas, but it does depend on perspective. 44 percent back in 2006 is not a majority, just like Hitler’s highest rating was 44 percent, just like Trumps. Clearly the majority usually get dominated by the horrific few. A majority of Israelis want Netanyahu gone. War clearly happens because leaders don’t care about the majority of people, who don’t want war, destruction and bombing. The money to be made by the weapon suppliers (Iran and the US) is too addictive though.
