Nobody is arguing on ignoring the crimes and carjackings. Just hunting and shooting people in the back is not what they should be doing and amounts to extrajudicial killing. The cop had the name and plates and photos of the person in question. Putting out an APB announcement would have got this guy caught and tried as suspects should be.
