Let's just recall 60 years ago then, and what MLK said on the coming reparations and righting the wrongs (the evils) of American history: “No program has been created to grapple with this problem, both the North and in the South.” He also noted that time is not a friend, and its passing does not mean anything has been fixed, but rather could mean that the problems have been ignored. (Ok, I took a couple of liberties there, but that's what I learned from what he said).
