It’s seems like a complete contradiction to be jailed without charges in Britain, the country that had a civil war and solved it with treaty where the Monarch gave in and promised never to jail anyone again without charges. That was in 1215 AD and the Magna Carta. But that is what happens when you sign a treaty with a tyrant. The tyrant remains in control and then just keeps violating the treaty over and over again. The British Monarch is still doing this practice, violating the principle of democracy.
