If we don’t judge people as a group, then why call it the Greatest Generation? Why not call it the “a bunch of soldiers who when off to war overseas, consisting of mostly white but some blacks and Navajo code breakers, who returned and displaced the women in factories by taking their jobs and then took government money if they were white soldiers to buy houses and college but didn’t ask for those financial programs be shared with the women and black and Navajo soldier” group?
