I swear to you I am not trolling. I've been writing on this topic for four years on Medium and you can check out my articles. But I understand your skepticism. I had thought previously that many people were indulging in this research, listening and reaching out to "others." Now it seems I'm wrong and I'm not perhaps normal in reading your column and listening to your view. So, I get that you question I'm trolling. Please know I'm not. I'm just trying, even if I don't always succeed.
