I know the answer: more racist 10 years ago, more 20 years ago, and even more 30 and 40 years ago. Right now the cat is out of bag, thanks to Trump, meaning what was spoken in muted tones and behind closed doors is now out in the open. But I have to be positive that it gives those of us who care, like everyone on this thread, have a chance to speak out, identify it, relabel it, and raise the dignity of many.
