I have to say I admire the intelligence and dignity of the three female liberal judges. The issue is that Republicans are crafty and can play the court. they can get even the liberals to vote on a technicality, planning far in advance. They've overturned and destroyed every law and SCOTUS decision that favored black Americans and lifted them to equality through continual ruthless attacks in the legal system. The elite white Dems hold up things that look like victories, like the Brown v. Board decision. But the truth is the white conservative confederates attacked that decision from day one, never integrated, fought decade after decade, and in 1980 passed an amendment that froze integration at 10%. Ten Percent. That was all that was left of the Brown Decision. Yet it's held up as a victory, instead of a hallowed out shell of a decision. They are ruthless and win. Roe has fallen, Affirmative Action has fallen, and not one dam white Dem is fighting and proposing for federal laws to restore black rights stripped away by these decisions.
