I don’t think you can offend me, especially when you’ve done so much marching already. The threat to the status quo came more from court cases in 1920 a group of six black school teachers filed a lawsuit to gain access to their right to vote in South Carolina. They wanted to express the same rights that white women just got and were being blocked from registering. They had a black male lawyer in court. That did more to threaten the white status quo of the state than marches did. They lost their case, as did black men before it, but the endless fighting from a small group of people continued the fight.

These black American school teachers are not celebrated as part of the civil rights movement, but they fought for a specific purpose and made a legal demand. The group in DC protested nothing in particular and couldn’t tell what the purpose was. And they already lost. No focus equals no results. The GOP is unified completely in comparison and are mocked even though they increased their turnout. There is no longer any strategy or focus for liberals.
