I don't think she was hurtfully scolding, just making some good points about shaping now for the fight ahead. I do think the jenoside was and is disastrous, and the news didn't excatly tell us that 100 Democrats sat out, though it was there, when Netyanhu spoke. While many clear improvements were domestically made, which I'm critical of, as we should all be, the Trump administration was disaster for the poor and middle class. We are still feeling the effects of it, most notably stripping away affirmative action, abortion rights even in some states over the most extreme conditions, criminalizing the homeless, who need help and not attacks, etc.
