I did find it odd that said he “was a minor at the time”. And by odd I mean white privileged. If he were black they would have charged him, a 17 year old, as an adult. I don’t know how many times I’ve that “charged as an adult,” but I’m guessing perhaps that isn’t applied to gents like this gem of a teen.
