I agree, I was writing African Americans for so long and it seemed no one was doing so anymore. But I write whites, whites, whites, too. There is undoubtedly a complexity to many people that is far beyond simplistic faceless description. I have more in common with many minorities in terms of values then I do with Ben Carson. But when discussing an issue, the issue seems best laid out in starter terms. I am certainly open to your suggestions on what is better to write so it is not annoying.
