Great piece and clarification. I do remember hearing from her and thinking his porno stuff was weird, though he wasn't physically abusive. I didn't like him much. But I was impressed by her some, but way more when watching the clip of her testimony then. She was very eloquent, stern, dignified, powerfully asserted. She did a tremendous job and her testimony should have derailed him. Instead, it sort of paved the way for Brett, who not only likes beer but pretty much 'allegedly' raped two women.
