Except that Robin taught this inclusion agenda to companies for 20 years who paid for it without complaint before writing the book. There was an issue for two decades in the corporate world before Trump and the right weaponized it. The proof is in the pudding. Since they won and beat Affirmative Action, black American acceptance has dropped at major ivy universities. I was hit my director twice more than a decade ago. SHRM has a flyer that shows how violence in the workplace with violence, even when no one is injured. I downloaded it recently. HR professionals this flyer says 42 percent of the time can recognize such “light” violence as physical violence, twice that employees. But they are powerless to do anything because of attorneys. In my case the director admitted to it on the record but nothing was done. This abuse is common. According to to SHRM about 2 employees are killed each week in the workplace by another employee, and that is AFTER red flags are reported. They also say about 2 million incidents of workplace violence occur per year. Horrendous. NO, lectures about DEI don’t change anything, I can agree. While so much violence tolerance is done, some else needs to be done. But what no one knows. Open prosecution seems too much, but open discussion and a mock trial of these people stating their case without have to admit criminal wrongdoing seems reasonable.
