The Majority was Never Important to Southern Autocrats
With apologies to many on the left or liberal Woke professors, poor whites in the South never matter much to white supremacist party leaders. The idea of “the majority” giving power to the White political leaders in the South is ridiculous. They always had it. They weren’t waiting for a bunch of poor people to give them.
And the whites in the “middle” and even the bottom understood that. South Carolina was founded as an Autocracy. In fact, one British times, all colonies ultimately answered to the autocratic king. And Autocracy is not about the followers but the rulers. Power is shown by those who mount to the top by pure strength.
Republican Presidential Candidate DeSatanic vowed to eliminate “wokism” and the left, or leftist. He wants to cut the head off the left, leaving only him on the throne. And of course, his loyal followers.
The Woke (non-asleep and thinking) progressive professors think somehow in the South, southern whites were treated badly, that the laws post-Civil War blocked not only illiterate freed black Americans from voting but illiterate poor whites as well.
