DEI like CRT is a catch phrase made up or appropriated from the Conservative confederates to use what they have always said: WE are on top, we control, and your DEI looking people need to stay in your place where you are below. These people like Blum and Miller are no more and no less pro-segregationists. Anti9-DEI isn't a law to get rid of; it's a spiritual under the banner of the confederate flag, another in a couple centuries of racist tropes. By getting rid of DEI programs in corporations and getting rid of affirmative action at colleges they know with absolute certainty that will insure less black and minorities at colleges, in corporations climbing to the executive positions, as judges, especially on the Supreme Court.
Blum is a man very, very angry when he was beaten in Texas by a black man when running for Congress. It was a new thing to be beaten by a black man back then, and he's never gotten over the humiliation. He's a horrible individual with a smooth slick tongue and millions of dollars thrown toward his cause by multi-millionaires and billionaires.
The incredible damage he and his organizations, lawyers, and donors have done is from decades of daily planning and strategizing and fighting court battles all over to destroy civil rights gains. Unfortunately, the liberals have no equivalent backers and keep losing and losing in major court battles.
Thanks for writing this and keep up the good fight for American Justice against American racism.
