Certainly an interesting provocation. I’m curious though as the chart of the eight degrees of whiteness that reflect a whole value structure that could be used to “divide” any ethnicity into. For instance, I would put Martin Luther King Jr. on the ‘far end’ of the green light part where the needle is pointing to, and former Trump-ite Ben Carson on the the almost opposite side, maybe in the seventh slot. That way it is easier to why I have more in common with MLK (though maybe not enough!) than with Ben Carson (maybe a speck but that speck is too much and you won’t get me to admit it ;-)).
