In more depressing Gaza-ending news, President Biden tells his black Defense Secretary to massively increase military presence off the coast of Gaza. I’m not an expert on “famine-like conditions” but when US media outlets announce in March 2024 that Israel is forcing famine or Famine-Lite on Gazan families on the brink of starvation, then over four months later these outlets report that Israel is “resisting pressure” from the west to send in food, I think it’s time we call Liar on Biden and Congress.

Instead of food, as a direct result of Netanyahu’s visit to Biden and to Congress to deliver a speech that should go down in infamy as a propagandist Goebbels’ Big Brother speech, the President orders a fleet of warships to arm up. Each ship is stocked with food, and costs more to build and operate for a year than the entire GDP of Gaza when it is functioning. Yet we have to tolerate some obvious falsehood that after months of starvation, “the West” is demanding Israel send in more food? Give me a break.
