So here is the real headline in Houston announcing new strict conditions on non-unionized workers in the school district who are fearful of losing their jobs after just surviving a 40 percent cut in the school district workforce, the largest one in that state of Texas: “After HISD layoffs, trimmed HR department asked to work weekends, not make travel plans”.
