Agreed on almost all accounts. Except one: Being born as to be a dictator (a monarch with a purse, a King, a Dear Leader, a shiekh, etc.) is not a skill or even a position to feel anything but scorn and derision towards. These autocrats still litter the world and hold it back from universal democracy.
