Mass Incarceration Part II Just Officially Started

Trump just issued quotas for arrest every day for browse and blacks. This is a true story. Of course, no racial identity is given in the orders. Still, you have to be pretty stupid or a white or racial denialist in America to think that white people from Europe are invading the southern border. Furthermore, precedent is critical, and we know the results of the mass incarceration era that itself has yet to end.

Mass incarceration started to fully explode in 1982 after Reagan‘s inauguration meant quotas on arrests. To no one’s surprise but white people, this led to a crack-up epidemic. No, I don’t have that backward. The arrests led to the Crack epidemic, not the other way around. Most of the black Americans arrested with drugs had marijuana possession charged against them. Crack, although more popular in the media as a destructive and horrific plague, was accurate but far less prevalent in the overall world in that decade and the decades after. Although there was mention of Crack in the 1990s, it stayed in the mindset today as the drug of poor blacks. The arrest continued, but mostly under minor possession of narcotics that were harmless, recreational drugs, meaning pot.

The idea of crack, though, was then infused with the image of gangster rap music in the 1990s into the dominant white mindset and…
