A lynching is an extrajudical murder of a human being, not a judicial murder of a human being. No extra judicial murder of a white has occurred that I've discovered. The killing of whites that have occurred by blacks are done in accordance with the due process rights of the constitution. The extradjucial murder of blacks by white men and some women were all done outside the due process rights of the constitution. There is only one case where the white perpetrator of the extrajudicial murder of black Americans went to court and the white man went to jail for life. It was in 1924. I've yet to find an instance of a white man killed by a black man extrajudicially. Not one. Please advise me of the case you can cite as I would be very interested in analyzing it.
